Moonlight Cruise | Long Island Yacht Sail from Shelter Island & Greenport
A Moonlight Sail - Shelter Island and Greenport NY
The Moonlight Cruise is SailSelinaNY’s final sail of the day, offered nightly May through August from 7:30–9:30 PM. As we glide across the glittering waters of the East End of Long Island’s North Fork towards Shelter Island Sound, the last light of sunset blends into the glow of the rising moon. Depending on the season, you may enjoy both a fiery sunset and a silver-lit sky. Even the soft shimmer of the sliver of a crescent moon dancing across the bay feels like something out of a dream.
With only six guests aboard, this intimate evening sail sells out quickly on peak summer nights.
Check the Moonrise Table at the bottom of this page if you want to plan your outing based on the moon.
